Matchbox Presents
Drama Troupe!

Drama Troupe Mission Statement

Drama Troupe is a community of young performers dedicated to creativity, collaboration, and service through the performing arts. As an extension of Matchbox Children’s Theatre, Drama Troupe provides students with a place to belong, create, volunteer, and grow alongside fellow thespians who share a passion for theatre and storytelling.

Through performances, outreach, volunteer projects, and fellowship, members develop confidence, leadership, artistic skills, and lifelong friendships.

About Drama Troupe

Drama Troupe is Matchbox Children’s Theatre’s youth theatre club for students passionate about the performing arts. Members meet regularly to build friendships, participate in theatre-related activities, volunteer within the arts community, support local productions, and collaborate on creative projects.

Drama Troupe provides young performers with a welcoming space to connect with other theatre students from across the community — including Matchbox, middle school, and high school productions — while encouraging leadership, creativity, service, and artistic expression.
