Your child is very important, and we don't take their safety lightly here at MCT.

 

We require an Authorization to Release Child to be completed by you, the parent/guardian, at the beginning of every class/camp/program/event. If you have trouble completing the form here online, we do also have paper forms available at your first drop-off.
